The house CASA AGUIA is found near the village of Piedade, in the east of the island of Pico.
Located in the middle of the vineyards, it has a beautiful view of the neighbour island of São Jorge, in good weather there is also a part of the island of Terceira to see
The house is divided into:
- Living room with open kitchen and dining area
- 2 Bedrooms with double bed (1,60 m x 2,00 m) and wardrobes
- 2 bathrooms with shower
The living room has a wood burning stove, TV and DVD player.
The house has a covered veranda.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, extractor hood, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishes
All household items such as towels, sheets, etc. are available.
The living area is approximately 105 square meters without veranda.
The rental price is:
occupancy up to 2 person | 95,00 Euro | per night |
occupancy up to 3 person | 130,00 Euro | per night |
occupancy up to 4 person | 165,00 Euro | per night |
Tourist tax has to be paid at arrival and is not included.
The minimum rental period is 1 week. For shorter or a stay of more than 2 weeks you want to obtain your personal offer.
