The holiday house Casa Nili is located on the south side Picos in the small village of Pontas Negras
The house is situated above the coast and has a beautiful view of the bay of Ribeiras and the open Atlantic.
The house is divided into 2 levels:
Level1:
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- Kitchen
- Living room with dining area

- 2 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom

- Sauna
The house has a large terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and is perfect for relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and dishes.
All household items such as towels, sheets, etc. are naturally present.
At level 2, there is a washing machine.
The house has a floor area of approximately 160 square meters and up to 8 people can be accommodated (in doubles).

In 5 minutes you can reach the natural swimming spot on the coast. Another place to swim is in the neighboring town of Sta. Cruz. On Pico you go for natural swimming areas for swimming, snorkeling or diving. Even in the little fishing ports bathing is possible.
We live near the Casa Palmeira and are happy with advice and practical help. Information, tips and books are also available from us.
Minimum rental: 1 Week
The rent is 280.00 Euros per day (all year). All additional costs are included.
The minimum rental period is 1 week. For shorter or a stay of more than 2 weeks you want to obtain your personal offer.
